    I have collage on win7 with a 20 digit product key. I just downloaded the program on win 8.1 and am asked for a 25 digit product key.     Did you ever receive an answer to your question? As I am having the same problem with auto collage!

    I down loaded the program and made three copies I said key. and it ran fine. Then had a virus and had to reformat computer, When I reinstalled auto collage I had the same message 25 digit product key required.Does anyone have an answer to this question?

    Bad news I am  afraid, unless you kept a record of the original key, you wont be able to re-register your licence ..(I tried the Microsoft call centre who advised that they could not help without the registration key)...but there is free collage software on Google
