  • Hi,

    Verify that :

    (1) Reporting Service running from the user has these rights :

Go to SQL Server -> Login -> Username -> Property -> User Mapping -> Select <ORGNIZATION_MSCRM> Database verify that the user has these roles : CRMReaderRole, dbOwner and Public.

(2)Installed Reporting Extension Rollup version is same as the rollup version of CRM Server. Like if have installed CRM server Rollup 15 then you have to installed Reporting Extension Rollup 15 as well . If Reporting Extension Rollup in lower the CRM server Rollup . then sometimes it also may the cause of errors.

    Hope this will help you.
