CRM 2013 - Problem with outlook addon when trying to access CRM 2013 on-premises RRS feed

  • Hello,
    I set up CRM 2013 on-premises and I'm able to access it using a web browser. But when I install the Outlook addon and try to establish connection, it presents an error saying there is a problem communicating with CRM server. When I download the log file, I find some of the following message: 
    Error| Error connecting to URL: http://tokio/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc Exception: System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException: O chamador não foi autenticado pelo serviço. ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException: The request for security token could not be satisfied because authentication failed.

    Any advise?
