Manual Workflow Doesn't Fire RRS feed

    I've created two simple manual workflows that create a new record in a custom entity (Plan) pulling data from another custom entity (Health and Group Life).

     

    I am logged into the server as the administrator and am logged into CRM as a System Administrator.

     

    Microsoft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service and Microsoft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service (Client) are started.

     

    The Workflow is published.

     

    What am I missing?

    Hi Susan,

    Can you check your Microsoft CRM Async service to see if it's running? If not, start it.

    You can always do a trace to see what exactly the workflow is doing in the background.  Bing CRM trace, you will find posts on how to do a trace.
