    Can anyone help?  I just purchased Liveone.  The message I received after purhcase confirmation was to hit the 'next' button to activate the service.  There was no 'next' button.  I have tried to find where/how to activate the service, but cannot.  maybe I am just too tired and frustrated.  can anyone help me activate this service?  thanks.

    The "Next" button is part of the activation process when started from within OneCare. If you purchased before installing, you need to do the following:

    Go to http://onecare.live.com and download the trial. Install it. Once the PC restarts, open OneCare and click subscribe. Log in with your LiveID that was used to purchase the subscription (confirm at https://billing.microsoft.com) and your installed copy will update from trial to subscribed status.
