Buying CRM licences

  Hi,

   I using an Azure and O365 PAYG subscription. I signed up to a Dynamics 365 Trial using 25 licences and a sandbox CRM application. My trial period has ended. I'm looking at buying 3 user licences "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Enterprise Edition Trial" for £86.70. Is there  a minimum term for buying the licences? A colleague seems to think that there's a 12 month minimum? In addition, can I easily un-assign and re-assign licences to users?
