When you install and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, the system creates log files that you can use for troubleshooting.
By default, the location of the Setup log files (including crm50setup.log and the Microsoft.Crm.Application.Hoster log file), where User is the account of the user who ran Setup, is as follows:
• Windows XP: SystemDrive:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\
• Windows Vista: SystemDrive:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\
• Windows 7: SystemDrive:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs\You should insert the installation file here for more detail investigation.

Hi,
I think the version of the connector (x86/ x64) you are trying to install is incorrect. Also have a look at the log fies Lou mentioned, you could check the event viewer also.

Hi Vinoth,
In Which version you tried for download outlookclient i.e., 64 bit or 32 bit?
Thanks
If you download 64bit then try on 32 bit or visa versa.
