IMPORT CSV FILE RRS feed

  • Hello,

    When I make an import by the assistant (csv file), my file remains blockes in the line with the message " SENT - WAITING FOR RESSOURSES "
    I don't know anymore what to do ! CRM V4.0.

    What are you using to import data into MS CRM? Import tool or Data Migration Manager? 
    Where do you see the "Sent - Waiting for resources" message? 

    Please provide more information so that it is easy to provide help.

  • I've seen this before and my interpretation has been that the async service is running but waiting for the server to become less busy as it generally clears of its own accord.

    You may want to check the server the async service is running on to make sure nothing is hogging the processor.
