Unfortunately, nothing has been announced regarding the mobile client, or Live Mesh for that matter. We'll have to wait and see. I just recently purchased a WM6.5 phone and I, too, can no longer use Live Mesh on my phone, so I'm waiting with you.

Just FYI. I just discovered this board (and Mesh in general).
I was able to get Mesh to work on my HTC TP2 running 6.5 with a custom ROM. However, to get it to work, I have to disable Sense and run in Titanium. Syncing works perfectly

Glad to read that. There have been a few other reports of people running it successfully on WM6.5 HTC devices, usually by disabling the HTC add-on software, however that doesn't work for everyone.-steve

I have it working on my HTC HD2, but don't recall having to do anything special. I'm not convinced about it though, it doesn't run automatically (I'm sure that can be easily fixed by me) , I've not found a good reason to run it unlike on the desktop.Wednesday, May 19, 2010 9:12 AM

Thanks Simpson, great to know you getting it working on HD2. are you on the cook rom on stock rom for your hd2? i sold off my hd2 pending for release of any wm7 mobile.....getting the mesh to work on my hd2 really screw up my favorites. now alot of conflict. i have a good reason to use it like on the desktop was the website that is suitable for mobile viewing thou currently opera and ie can view in mobile mode or normal mode. for xda website i still prefer the original mobile view...looks easier. thanks mate :)

Just using the standard ROm (1.66 i think). However, I am not automatically syncing favorites, just a particular folder of data.Friday, May 21, 2010 11:55 AM
