STDOLE32.tlb

    Question

  • Each time I launch Excel I get a window with "stdole32.tlb...does this Help"

Then Excel seems to spend 10 minutes or so repairing itself.

  • It would have been more appropriate to move the thread rather then issue that response - especially for those of us seeking to resolve the same issue. Additionally exacerbating the problem you have marked your post as an answer, when in fact it is not.

Look at the date? Just go to the Excel Forum.
Download and run MGAdiag and paste the results in your thread go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
