    Spent 22 hours scanning my computer, says there should be expand boxes and checkboxes, but they are not showing on my computer.

    It identified 1 severe issue and 1 high issue, along with 329 registry entries.  Don't know how to proceed and am afraid to hit the NEXT button without being able to hit the checkboxes it says I should have.

    Running Windows XP Service pack 2 (maybe 3?)
