ACTIVATION PROBLEMS... RRS feed

    I have actually re-installed my "purchased" Liveone care 3 times.  When I go to "billing" to verify my account with my email and password it shows it is enabled.  My problem coming from the fact that my pc is showing at "at risk" because I need to finish setup and when I go in to enter with my email and password---the same ones I use to enter to the billing, it says "Email or password is incorrect.  Please sign in again."  So what gives?  You would think that if my account is enabled under said email and password then obviously that would work, but it doesn't.  Can anyone help me...P.S.  I have contacted support via email a week ago and never got a response...

  • This can sometimes happen if your password is over 16 characters in length for your Windows Live ID.

     

    Can you try resetting your password to make sure it is under 16 characers and test again?

     

    Also, support should have gotten back to you within 24 hours.  Can you check your junk mail to make sure their emails are not going in there?

  • This can also happen if you are pasting the password into the signin box instead of typing it in.

  • I sat here for an hour trying to figure the problem out......I had the Live ID and password  and thought everything was going smoothly until the frightful e-mail/password message came up......found this forum after specific search entry.....kudoes to Kevin.....I had a 17 character password. Changed it.....
