  • KDG14,

Can you forward over the exact error message?

and which operating system you have?

Try to reset OneCare as well:

Try the database reset tool -

OK, I did that and Window's Live care One still says.......Update Internet Explorer  A newer version of Internet Explorer is available and is not yet installed on your computer.  It provides anti-phishing functionality and also offers improved performance, security, reliability, and compatibility with your other programs.

I updated to the latest Version of Explorer 7 service pack 2 as reccommended.  Did this a couple times and am still getting this message.

    Need help!

  • If you open IE and confirm that you are using IE7 and OneCare still reports that IE7 is not installed, please contact support for assistance.
