I have Genuine Keys, Office Products already say "Activated" - Yet Microsoft is BLOCKING the License!

Question
-
Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
The Volume License does not allow me to install any additional copies - that's a known. I've been using this system for a YEAR, and getting Office updates all along. I go and install Visio 2007 (also 100% LEGAL from DELL) and now this? No one at the VLA group has even bothered to reply to my e-mails, so no help there either.
WHY AM I BLOCKED FROM UPDATES?! Can someone help?

A "Blocked VLK" is a Volume License Key that was once valid, but was licensed solely to a corporation or larger enterprise/business. Blocked VLK's are Product Keys that Microsoft has received consent from the original owner to block usage of. A VL Product Key is non-transferrable to individuals.

Contact the authorized Microsoft volume license reseller from whom you purchased the Microsoft Office volume license from and request assistance.
