    So i bought the windows live software with my new laptop and installed in some time in early august...the software is good for a year, and when i check online, it says my account is still enabled, but when i open the program, it says it can't do anything because the subscription has expired... what should i do to fix it?

    Hello Mayleah, it may be that you never activated One Care on your laptop. To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked to enter a Live ID use the Live ID and password used to view your One Care billing account. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
