Outlook Client - Cannot View Opportunities or Enquiries RRS feed

  • We have one user who cannot view opportunites or enquiries when using the Outlook Client to access CRM. He can view these with no problem when accessing CRM using the browser. The error/warning message show in Outlook is  "Waiting for a page to be retrieved from a CRM server ..." If the user uses another computer he gets the same problem but if another user uses his computer he does not get the problem. It appears that the problem is something to do with the particular user on the CRM server.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
