  • Hi,

what exactly do you mean with media library? From which device/software you are trying to access?

Maybe, your user account has no permissions or media sharing is not enabled on the server. Or the formats, you are using for your media, are all unsupported by the device/software you use for accessing the shared folders.

  • Hallo,

I have the same issue, but rebuilding the media library by deleting or renaming the CurrentDatabase_XXX.wmdb (like described here) completed without any effect. This is not bound to a specific user. I created a new test user via dashboard ---> add user account and logged in to the remote web access. same as with my normal user account :-( I did of course several reboots, also without any effect. I got this issue some time ago but I had to reinstall the OS in the meantime. Since then the library worked as it should, but some time later stopped.

    please advise! thanks!
