Message saying Windows is not Genuine

Question
-
I had a hard drive crash and took my computer to a place to restore lost backups. I now get a MS not genuine message. I ran the diagnostic tool. Below is the message. I cannot locate the original CDs that came with the notebook when I purchased it to try to re-input the product key.

It looks to me like you simply need to use telephone activation.
telephone activation (operator calls)
Click on the Start button
in the Search box, type
SLUI 4
and hit the Enter key
follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you
