Upgrading from 2003 certs is longer an option, the exams required to do that have been retired.
The MCSA: Server 2012 track (three exams) would be good to start with to get up-to-date with Server 2012

From there you can move on towards MCSE: Server infrastructure (two additional exams ontop of MCSA: Server 2012)

Both tracks have recently been updated to the R2 version of Windows Server 2012.
Can also use the TechNet wiki, forum and blogs to find more information on upgrading the AD domain level to Server 2012.
