And if not, will you refund what I pay for the software or COMP USA.
Nestor, on the 3rd, you posted here - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2623208&SiteID=2 - about an activation question and the IE language settings. Have you successfully activated? If so, you can renew with a retail product key.
If you are still unable to activate the original subscription, despite having your IE language set correctly per that post, I will once again refer you to support as you should indeed be able to activate in Puerto Rico.
