    Hi,

    I want to view uploaded doc files in crm 2013. Please tell me how to open doc files within CRM?

    You cant directly. Since CRM doesn't have an handler to open doc files. This requirement goes out of scope with CRM and goes inscope with Browsers you can search on how to open /edit word documents in HTML
