CRM 2011: Webservice call is getting aborted. RRS feed

    We have a setup like this

    - We have html web resource in CRM 2011. An input from client side makes a call to the server -> collects the data -> populates the data on client side.

    - On server side code execution time to collect data is limited to a maximum of 70 sec. (Note: Max time is 70 sec).

    For inputs which can return the result with in < 60 sec this is working fine. If the input takes > 60 sec the client is not receiving any output and the http call is getting aborted after ~120 sec.

    I believe 120 sec is the connection timeout of the IIS.

    Any idea what is causing the client not receiving the output?

    Note: I checked the server side code separately and it is always giving the response back in after 70 sec.
