Can I add Case entries to the Sales heading? RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Our Sales staff need to be able to see the list of Cases. I have added that section to the Default Dashboard for Salespeople however, I am wondering: can I add it to the Sales menu?  I went into the Customize section of Settings and the Sales checkbox under the Cases entry was greyed out. Does this mean I need to create a new Entity to make it appear under Sales?

  • Hi Nicole,

    If you download the XrmToolBox from Codeplex, there's a module in there called the Site Map Editor. I've used this many times to modify the navigation pane and, from what you've described, I think this will do the job for you.
