OneCare Support Staff Are Great RRS feed

  • I wanted to take the time to let everyone know how much I appreciate the OneCare Support Staff. I had become infected with Backdoor:Win32/Poisonivy E and OneCare couldn't quarantine it, I couldn't find it, but the OneCare Support Staff Remote Connected to my computer and found the culprets and got rid of the problem in just a few minutes.

     

    They taught me a few tricks along the way for which I am very greatful.

     

    Thanks again. You guys (and gals) are great.
