Question

Hello all,
Recently, me and some other users (with same ISP) those who are using this forum faced problem with using this forums. TechNet forums was not working. It was just showing:
Could not locate remote server;
Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.
We tried all the possible ways to solve it. But we all failed! The only the way was to "Re-install Windows". I am afraid if that thing happens again!
Can anyone help me to solve this problem if we face it again ?
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Such a problem would be on the ISP's side.
They had an issue with their DNS.
You reinstalling Windows did nothing to resolve the issue, but did give the ISP time to resolve their issue,
Karl
