windows internet explorer warning; w32.myzor.fk@fy is a virus and click ok to install software

I need help everytime I open the internet I get a message about a virus, What can I do to fix this. I haven't install nothing but I don't like the idea of every time that I open internet I get this message. I have been canceling and it brings me to a web page to download spyheal, malwarewipe, etc. Please help.

I was told by a co-worker to go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and I did and it got fixed.
