blue screen problems

  driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal   stop:0x000000D2   atapi.sys-address B9EF688D  The laptop was working fine until opened up some music on you tube.  I started getting a blue screen on occassions with erratic, slow behavior.  I'm not a geek, but I usually can figure things out any help would be appreciated
