CWA - Dial out & Normalization for anonymous RRS feed

  • Question

  • Using the Dial-out feature with an anonymous user it seems the normalization rules associated with the location profile do not apply.

For instance we have a normalization rule for enterprise voice users that places a "9" in front of whatever number is dialed.  This works well with the EV users however the 9 must be dialed when an anonymous user uses the dial-out feature in CWA.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.
