    We have recently started experiencing this error on our development machines. The error occurs when making a service or soap call. We do not have any explicit references to PowerLeech. We have not made any changes to the solutions affected. Our Dev/QA/Prod environments have fortunately not been affected.

    The full error is:

    Could not load file or assembly 'PowerLeech, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=012b62721be4aeeb' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
