Mappoint NA 2013 Trial Not Working RRS feed

  • Downloaded the trial version of Mappoint NA 2013 yesterday. I try launching the app, and I see that I "successfully installed" the Mappoint NA 2013 trial, according to the opening dialog box, but it asks me to either enter a product key (which I don't have) or launch the trial version. I select "Trial" and nothing happens. It just clicks away as if I closed it.

    I call MSFT C/S and they hilariously tell me to enter a product key. Then they say they can't help anymore because I didn't buy (I intend to buy it, but before spending $300, wanted to try it). Ugh. So now I turn to the world. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
