      The key you posted is a Key Gen key. What this means is that Microsoft did not create the key. It was created by someone else to look and act simillare to a Microsoft Product Key, but it will show as Non-Genuine.

      I am sorry for your situation, but I do not have access to any product keys that I could give away and even if I did, I wouldn't post them on the forum because anyone could see it and use it.

      I recommend going to http://microsoft.com/genuine and click the Validate Windows button.  When the page reports that your XP is Non-Genuine, it will offer to sell you a WGA Kit.  A WGA Kit is a new copy of Windows (with a Genuine Product Key) that is sold at a significant discount.
