A copy of Vista purchased from new and running for 3 years is suddenly identified as invalid RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a PC running copy of Vista purchased from new and running for 3 years and microsoft now seem to think that it is invalid. The system has been running well since the last re-install; this just happened one morning for no apparent reason. I have run the diagnostic as directed and the copy is below. I have to confess that I'm less than thrilled with this OS as I have had to reinstall the entire operating system twice before because of unexplained bugs and corruption. I'd be grateful for any help ASAP. I can provide you with the original invoice if you require.

    Regards,

    Adrian Bamford

  • The only Issue I see is that Windows needs to be reactivated.

I recommend re-activating by phone.  To do this, click the Start button and type: slui 4 and hit the Enter key. Select your location and the follow the directions.

    Thank you,
