ActiveSynchron 4.5 and Outlook Advanced Setting?

  I need to get an equivalent software that will work with Windows Mobiles 6.0 and on which I will be capable of telling the software what I want him to do
  i.e. Syncrhon Contact one way with Outlook
        Task and Clenda both way with Outlook
  Like it use to be in previous Active Synchron.
  If I cannot find a way I will have to go back to Blackberry / Advanced Manager
  This features is one of the most important on an synchron software I do not know why Windows has removed it in 4.5
