No product key via email after payment !! RRS feed

  • Hi all , please help me if you can,

    When filling in the online form for a product key for xp pro , i made a mistake on the spelling of my email address , i have now managed to resolve this by creating an email address that matches the incorrect one i sent , but worried i may have missed my product key email as there was a delay of 30mins before i had the new email address set up....

    I have mailed direct-mar , but getting the same mail as everybody else here seems to get "Due to the current high demand" etc , i will have to wait.

    Problem is , my clients computer has to be back in 5 days , can anybody help me here , i have paid , got a receipt etc , just need the product key so i can complete the work ??????

    Note , if the purchasing site for the product key asked for my email address twice (as 99% of other sites do) , then this wouldn’t have happened !!!!! , FRUSTRATING !
