Script Error: An error has occurred in the script on this Page 'KEY_ENTER' is undefined RRS feed

  • hi there,

    A client user received the following error after updating a Case record. the error appeared after clicking "Save" button:

    

    Any idea why this error appeared and how to fix it?

  • Hi,

    This error occurs when you have some errors in your scripts. You have to debug it, if you have any script. But sometimes without any script this error appears (often for using CRM from Outlook). You could disable this error page:

    Login with system admin user. Go to settings > administration > privacy settings > error reporting > set to "Automatically send ...". This prevents the error from appearing.

    Be aware that you may miss some important data by this setting about the scripts and errors.

  • Thanks for the reply Payman!

    It might be the answer to stop those prompts since I really don't have script on OnSave event. but I will definitely tell the client first bout the possible disadvantage before doing so..
