I am trying to add a room list to the appointment creation areas in Office 365 Online Outlook as well as the 2016 Outlook software. This would allow users to choose from a list of rooms and see if the rooms are available when a user chooses a room it should
go to a designated person in our organization for approval for use of the room. I was going to attach some pictures explaining what I needed but, my account is not verrified yet so I can't post photos. Any day now hopefully.
