I bought my Sony Vaio in B&H store, in NY in April 2010 with original Windos 7. I have been using it with no problem. Suddenly I've got the message 'windows 7 build 7601 this copy of windows is not genuine' in my desktop.
I'm pasting the diagnostics results:

I can se no problems in the report - is the notification still showing? If not, it may have either fixed itself, or have been caused by a 'race condition' where two programs fight over access to a file, and lock each other out - a reboot or two usually solves this.If you get the problem again, please try running the report while the notification is showing.

Running MGADiag triggers an attempt to repair whatever faults may have caused the problem - sometimes you get lucky :)
