Hello,
I am trying to create a custom view for the Activities tab within the Account and Lead forms. I have no problem creating views, and I know how to share them/assign them to a User, but I cannot figure out how to set a view as a default view.
My steps right now:
1. Create Saved View
2. Open saved views and select the view
3. Click "Set as default view" button
This, however, does not result in that view being displayed in the activities tab when I open a lead or account. I am wondering if this is because it is a personal view, and the default is a system view? When I open an account or lead, the default is
always a system view. Can I make my personal view a system view, or is there another way to make the default view change within the form?
