Purchased new OneCare but don't get the one year subscription RRS feed

    I purchased the newer version of windows live onecare so as to be sure of vista support for my laptop.  After upgrading my desktops it only shows what is left of my old subscription.  Can't figure out how to talk to Microsoft.  How can I get credit for the new OneCare and it's one-year subscription?  Help!

  • When you activate with a LiveID that already has a subscription, it simply inherits the expiration date. To extend your subscription you can renew using the retail key from inside the package. Sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com, click on renew for the OneCare subscription and then select the option to use a PIN, Key, or Token for renewal.
