Lately on the Windows 10 Dell Latitude 7480 laptops we've been getting at my office I'm getting a message as soon as I complete the setup and log in as the user:
"Window Service Start Service Failure" Internet Explorer unable to show web page. The following text appears in the box: (Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger. A windows service must be installed using
installutil.exe) and then started with the Server Explorer, Window Services Administrative tool or Net Start command.
I try to click 'OK' and it asks for admin rights and I out them in. It continues to happen every time the machine is rebooted. The message doesn't tell me what it's for or anything so I'm unsure on where to even look.
I THNK it's got something to do with the included Office because all the office file icons are blank and when hovering over them, the type says ms-resource:Strings/FtaDisplayName.docx, xlsx, etc
