If my organization has a volume licensing agreement for Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, does that agreement apply to Windows Pro 64-bit as well? And is this the same regardless whether or not it is MAK or KMS? Thanks for your help.

So far as I am aware, the bitness is irrelevant here - but as Carey says, the best thing would be to contact your vendor, or the Licensing Center.
