Canadian renewal of Live One Care

Question

I originally did not have any problems activating my subscription a year ago, but i'm not able to renew on line as the renewal subscription only offers a US form. I've changed my browser to Canadian English int he tools, deleted temp files etc to no avail. Any suggestions?

Therefore we cannot complete the credit card info.
The renewal/purchase form is returned based on the language settings in IE. So, open IE, go to Tools, Internet Option, Languages. Make sure that English(Canada) of French(Canada) is the default, top setting. Remove other languages, if you have no need to use them. Delete Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. Close IE. Retry the renewal process at http://billing.microsoft.com

The form *should* be presented based on the IE language setting. In your case, the default language should be English(Canada). Are you using IE? Are there any other languages present?
If you sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com and look at the profile for your LiveID/Billing account, is the country identified as US or Canada?

I have a similar problem but haven't been able to find the solution in these forums as of yet. Trying to renew from Canada but only getting the US option.
Language is set to Canada English, deleted temp internet files and cookies.
Billing address on website is incorrectly set to US, presumably from when Future Shop initially installed it. Seems that if I were able to Edit the Personal Billing information, this should solve the problem, but of course, it won't let me change to a Canadian address...

I'm not sure why this has happened to some people, apparently in Canada, where the Billing account profile incorrectly identifies your location as US for the LiveID/Profile. If you go to http://account.live.com I assume that you information is correct there? Since it is the Billing profile on the server that is incorrect, I think that your best bet is to let the subscription expire and then reinstall OneCare and activate with a new LiveID, hence creating a new Billing account.
However, you can contact support, too, if desired, to see if it is possible for customer service to correct your Billing profile.
