off topic - Windows Update - will not update RRS feed

    Last successful update was in july, since then the updates have failed.

     

     

    When I go to install, the error appears: Code 80240016 Windows Update is currently installingother updates. Please try again in a few minutes.

     

    I have tried several 'fixes' as instructed by HP helpdesk, none of which have worked.

     

    Any suggestions please?
