I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out...
I'm running Vista Ultimate SP1 on my desktop. Live Mesh installs fine, but it will not start. I keep getting the 'Failed to start' error. My Application Error Logs show nothing.
I do see this though: Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Live Mesh. Product Version: 0.9.3103.9. Product Language: 1033. Installation success or error status: 0.
So it makes me thing that everything went peachy, but I just can't get it to start. I'm running it with UAC enabled also.
Please go ahead and submit a bug with your logs attached. We've seen a large number of reports of this issue, but there are various possible causes and the logs will help us determine what's going on in your case. Instructions for collecting logs and submitting a bug are in an Announcement at the top of the forums.
