Volume Licenses are only sold to organisations, for installation on their own PC's. If you are a member of such an organisation, contact your system administrator for assistance.
If you are not a member of such an organisation, to help further we need to know for what version and edition of Windows your PC is licensed, according to the COA Sticker.
You are also using a non-genuine installation of Office Pro 2003.... again, a Blocked Volume License Key (which once belonged to MS itself, before it was leaked to the internet and therefore blocked).

You have two options to get legal.1) Buy a legal Windows XP Pro license, and use the Product Key Update tool to change the key on your current installation. - note that this does not always work, and you may have to reformat/reinstall anyway.2) Revert back to a Windows XP Home installation after reformatting, using an OEM System Builder disk, or the original manufacturer's recovery disks for your machine.IMHO, with a machine of this age, it's not generally worth spending the money to buy a new copy of XP Pro, as it's almost cheaper to buy a new machine with Win7 pre-installed (and certainly a better option). If you don't have the disks to enable you to do the recovery process, ask around your friends, and see if anyone has an XP Home OEM System Builder disk - I doubt very much that you'll find the appropriate Time recovery disks anywhere except possibly eBay, since Time have gone bust at least twice in the past 10 years, and last I heard were no longer trading. (IIRC, Dell bought their bankrupt stock and rebadged it, back in around 2003/4)
