  • Hi,

    In my organization we dont use the notes are to put all the customer interactions the Sales reps had. Instead we use the Tasks area. It is the task decription field we enter all the text.On draw back with this is that if a user wants to view a particular note. The full note wont appear on the tasks list unless the user clicks on each task. I want it to show all the text in the Task description field on the Task view but I notised the discription field is only expandable till 300px and it is not possible to get the second line.

    What is the solution for this?

  • To create a view that displays the entire task, you will could  use a report (an easy solution) - or if you need it displayed in the CRM form, create a custom version of the Activity viewer. -
