Customer Portal 2011 - Basic Portal Admin Role missing & Account Access Tab doesn't show on contact ribbon RRS feed

  • The basic portal admin role doesn't show up in the lookup and teh Account Access tab doesn't show up in the contact entity. Reimporting the solution doesn't help and if I try to remove there are a list of 30 customizations that I have to manually delete first. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hello Phil,

    Was the Customer Portal solution that you installed the latest version (1.0.0012)? With "Account Access" tab, did you mean "Account Access Permissions"?
