It's been over two months now since the refresh. It would be nice to have
the page actually reflect the date of the refresh so that the next time it's
"refreshed" we know it's actually new ;)

The "refresh" (new build) took place on August 16 (note the date column).
There hasn't been another since that time. The current "refresh" will remain
exactly as it is; nothing will change.
There will be instead, new information as shown in the example below:
Say we get a new build on October 30. The Date column will reflect the date
it was uploaded to Connect; in this example, October 30. The Title column
will reflect the name of the new build. (It probably won't be called a
refresh.) The Version column may or may not have a new version number and
the Category column will show "build" the same as the "refresh" shows. The
Description column usually gives instructions on various parts of the
download.
