  • We have CRM online administered through the Office 365 Admin Console. We have created some workflows that are supposed to send emails every time a condition applies. Apparently there are no errors when the process runs but the user don't receive the emails.

    Other than going to the System Settings>Emails is there any other configuration I need to setup?
