  • I get an error in the bottom of the screen "This copy of Windows not Genuine"  I pass the online validation, but fail the MGADiag.exe (See Results Below).  This is a legal copy of Vista Business that came OEM with my Dell laptop.  I've already tried reactivation by telephone.  Any thaughts?

    DCasey:

Looking at the output of your diagnostics, it looks like your system activated just fine by telephone back in July 2007. Did you try activating recently by phone or was it a while ago?

I would recommend using your Dell OEM image to format back to factory settings for Activation from Dell.

As well, it looks like your copy of Office is nonGenuine and would be resolved by removing it from your system (You can validate your copy of Office 2003 at www.microsoft.com/genuine)

    THanks,
